This Service Disclaimer applies to all services offered, requested, discussed, scheduled, or performed by Sentinel Wildlife Recovery & Rural Drone Services, including but not limited to lost pet thermal search, livestock location, pre-mowing wildlife scans, rural property mapping, landowner support, boundary visualization, aerial imaging, and related drone-based services.

By requesting or using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the limitations and conditions described in this Service Disclaimer.

General Service Nature

Sentinel Wildlife Recovery & Rural Drone Services provides drone-based search assistance, aerial imaging, rural property documentation, thermal search support, and landowner support services.

Our services are intended to assist clients with visual observation, search support, mapping support, documentation, and general property or animal-location related information. Our services are not a guarantee of any specific result.

No Guarantee of Location, Recovery, or Outcome

Drone-based search assistance does not guarantee that any animal, person, object, boundary, feature, condition, or issue will be located, identified, recovered, captured, documented, or resolved.

We do not guarantee:

• Location of a missing pet, livestock animal, wildlife, game animal, person, object, or property feature

• Recovery, capture, containment, possession, transport, or treatment of any animal

• Detection of all animals, heat signatures, property features, hazards, or conditions

• Successful completion of a search or mission

• Specific image quality, mapping accuracy, thermal detection, or flight results

• Any legal, insurance, property, hunting, real estate, or regulatory outcome

Services are provided as assistance only.

Thermal Search Limitations

Thermal drone technology can be a valuable tool, but it has limitations. Thermal search effectiveness may be affected by:

• Temperature contrast

• Time of day

• Weather conditions

• Sun-heated ground

• Rain, snow, fog, humidity, or wind

• Tree canopy, brush, tall grass, crops, terrain, buildings, or obstructions

• Animal movement

• Time elapsed since last sighting

• Distance from the drone

• Water, rocks, pavement, metal, equipment, or other heat-retaining objects

• Sensor limitations and flight conditions

A thermal signature does not automatically confirm the identity, condition, ownership, or legal status of an animal or object.

Lost Pet Search Disclaimer

Lost pet thermal search services are provided as aerial search assistance only. Sentinel Wildlife Recovery & Rural Drone Services does not guarantee that a missing pet will be located, recovered, captured, contained, transported, or safely returned.

Pet owners remain responsible for capture, handling, veterinary care, transport, property access, and any decisions related to their animal.

Livestock Location Disclaimer

Livestock location services are provided as aerial search and visual support only. We do not guarantee location, capture, containment, recovery, veterinary treatment, transport, or return of any livestock or farm animal.

Livestock owners remain responsible for animal handling, containment, veterinary care, fencing, access, and all related decisions.

Pre-Mowing Wildlife Scan Disclaimer

Pre-mowing wildlife scans are intended to help identify possible wildlife heat signatures before mowing or field work. These services do not guarantee detection of all wildlife.

Field conditions, weather, vegetation, timing, thermal contrast, and animal movement can significantly affect scan results. Landowners, farmers, equipment operators, and other responsible parties remain responsible for field decisions, lawful wildlife handling, and safe mowing practices.

Wildlife, Animal Control, and Veterinary Disclaimer

Sentinel Wildlife Recovery & Rural Drone Services does not provide veterinary care, wildlife rehabilitation, animal control services, guaranteed capture, animal transport, or wildlife handling services unless specifically agreed in writing and legally authorized.

For injured wildlife, regulated wildlife, dangerous animals, public safety concerns, or animal control matters, clients should contact the appropriate authorities, licensed professionals, veterinarians, wildlife rehabilitators, animal control agencies, or law enforcement.

Game Recovery Disclaimer

Drone-assisted game recovery is regulated by state wildlife law. Sentinel Wildlife Recovery & Rural Drone Services only provides game recovery services where legally authorized.

Drone-assisted game recovery is not currently offered in Pennsylvania and will only be added if legally authorized by Pennsylvania law and applicable Pennsylvania Game Commission rules.

Any future game recovery service would be intended only for lawful post-shot recovery assistance where permitted and would not be used for scouting, locating live game for hunting advantage, harassing wildlife, driving wildlife, pursuing wildlife, or unlawfully aiding in the taking of game.

Property Access and Landowner Permission

Clients are responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions for property access, land entry, animal recovery, search activity, and related service requests.

Drone operations do not grant permission to enter private property, retrieve an animal from private property, cross property lines, open gates, access restricted areas, or otherwise enter land without lawful authority.

We may decline or stop a mission if adequate permission is not provided or if access issues create legal, safety, privacy, or operational concerns.

Weather, Airspace, and Safety Limitations

All services are subject to weather, airspace restrictions, equipment capability, Remote ID requirements, FAA rules, safety limitations, pilot availability, site conditions, visibility, terrain, and applicable law.

The remote pilot in command has final authority regarding whether a drone operation may proceed, be delayed, modified, or terminated.

Client-Provided Information

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including location details, animal descriptions, property access information, landowner permission status, known hazards, and any relevant legal or safety concerns.

Sentinel Wildlife Recovery & Rural Drone Services is not responsible for delays, failed searches, access issues, legal problems, or service limitations caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information provided by a client or third party.

No Professional Legal, Survey, Veterinary, or Engineering Services

Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, Sentinel Wildlife Recovery & Rural Drone Services does not provide legal advice, surveying, engineering, veterinary care, wildlife rehabilitation, title analysis, environmental analysis, appraisal services, inspection services, or regulatory determinations.

Clients should consult qualified professionals for legal, property, survey, veterinary, engineering, environmental, insurance, or regulatory matters.

Service Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse, delay, modify, or terminate any service request that we determine to be unsafe, unlawful, impractical, outside our operational capability, inconsistent with company policy, or lacking necessary permission.

Updates to This Disclaimer

This Service Disclaimer may be updated from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
