By using this website, submitting a request, or communicating with us regarding services, you agree to these Terms of Use.

Website Use

This website is provided for informational, marketing, communication, and business inquiry purposes. You agree not to use this website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, or unauthorized purposes.

You agree not to submit false information, interfere with website functionality, attempt unauthorized access, misuse contact forms, or use the website in a way that violates applicable law.

No Guarantee of Service Availability

Submitting a form, calling, emailing, messaging, or requesting service does not guarantee that service will be available or accepted.

Service availability may depend on:

  • Pilot availability

  • Location and travel distance

  • Weather conditions

  • Airspace restrictions

  • FAA requirements

  • Remote ID requirements

  • Equipment capability

  • Mission type

  • Safety considerations

  • Landowner permission

  • Legal restrictions

We reserve the right to decline, delay, modify, suspend, or terminate any service request or drone operation at our discretion.

No Guarantee of Outcome

Drone search, aerial imaging, thermal search assistance, mapping, documentation, boundary visualization, landowner support, and related services do not guarantee any specific outcome.

We do not guarantee:

  • Location of any animal, person, object, or property feature

  • Recovery, capture, containment, possession, transport, or treatment of any animal

  • Legal boundary accuracy

  • Property condition conclusions

  • Detection of all wildlife, livestock, pets, hazards, or property features

  • Successful completion of a mission

  • Any legal, regulatory, insurance, hunting, real estate, or property-related result

Drone services are tools of assistance and documentation only.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and lawful information. Clients are also responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions, authorizations, or approvals required for the requested service.

Client responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Confirming property ownership or lawful authority

  • Obtaining landowner permission

  • Providing accurate service location information

  • Identifying hazards, livestock, people, structures, wires, restricted areas, or sensitive conditions

  • Complying with hunting, wildlife, property, privacy, animal control, and trespass laws

  • Securing permission for access to neighboring properties when needed

  • Ensuring that any requested service is lawful and appropriate

Drone Operations

All commercial drone operations are conducted subject to FAA regulations, Part 107 requirements where applicable, Remote ID requirements, airspace restrictions, weather conditions, safety limitations, equipment capability, and applicable federal, state, and local law.

The remote pilot in command has final authority regarding whether a flight can be safely and legally conducted.

We may refuse or stop any operation due to unsafe conditions, unlawful requests, inadequate permission, poor visibility, adverse weather, airspace conflicts, equipment concerns, wildlife concerns, privacy concerns, or other operational limitations.

Thermal Search Limitations

Thermal drone search may be affected by vegetation, canopy cover, brush, terrain, buildings, weather, rain, fog, sunlight, ground temperature, water, distance, animal movement, time elapsed, and temperature contrast.

Thermal imagery may identify heat signatures, but a heat signature does not always confirm the presence, identity, condition, or location of a specific animal or object.

Lost Pet and Livestock Services

Lost pet and livestock location services are search assistance services only. We do not guarantee recovery, capture, containment, veterinary treatment, animal handling, transport, or outcome.

Animal owners or properly authorized personnel remain responsible for capture, care, containment, veterinary treatment, and recovery decisions.

Wildlife, Animal Control, and Rehabilitation Disclaimer

Sentinel Wildlife Recovery & Rural Drone Services does not provide veterinary care, wildlife rehabilitation, animal control services, guaranteed capture, or animal transport unless specifically agreed in writing and legally authorized.

For injured wildlife, regulated wildlife, public safety concerns, or animal control matters, appropriate authorities or licensed professionals should be contacted.

Boundary Visualization Disclaimer

Boundary visualization services are not legal surveys. Any boundary lines, parcel overlays, maps, graphics, or aerial visuals are approximate and provided for general visual reference only.

Boundary visualization does not establish property lines, corners, acreage, easements, rights-of-way, setbacks, encroachments, title matters, legal access, or ownership rights.

Clients should consult a licensed professional surveyor, attorney, title professional, engineer, or other qualified professional for legal or technical determinations.

Rural Property Mapping Disclaimer

Rural property mapping and aerial documentation services are for general visual, marketing, planning, and landowner support purposes only.

These services are not a substitute for surveys, appraisals, inspections, engineering reports, environmental reports, title reviews, zoning determinations, septic evaluations, wetland delineations, timber appraisals, or other professional reports.

Game Recovery Disclaimer

Drone-assisted game recovery is regulated by state wildlife law. Sentinel Wildlife Recovery & Rural Drone Services only provides game recovery services where legally authorized.

Drone-assisted game recovery is not currently offered in Pennsylvania and will only be added if legally authorized by Pennsylvania law and applicable Pennsylvania Game Commission rules.

Any future game recovery service would be intended only for lawful post-shot recovery assistance where permitted and would not be used for scouting, locating live game for hunting advantage, harassing wildlife, driving wildlife, pursuing wildlife, or unlawfully aiding in the taking of game.

Independent Contractor Pilots

Some services may be performed or supported by independent contractor drone pilots. Independent contractor pilots are responsible for maintaining their own FAA credentials, aircraft registration, Remote ID compliance, equipment, insurance, tax obligations, and legal compliance.

Estimates, Pricing, and Payment

Pricing may vary based on location, travel distance, mission type, acreage, urgency, weather, airspace, complexity, time on site, deliverables, and service scope.

Published pricing, if any, is subject to change and does not guarantee final cost. Custom quotes may be required.

Payment terms will be communicated before service when practical.

Intellectual Property

Website text, images, graphics, logos, service descriptions, documents, layouts, and other content are owned by or licensed to Sentinel SkyWorks, LLC unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, display, or use website content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Client-Provided Materials

By providing photos, videos, maps, documents, property information, or other materials, you represent that you have the right to provide those materials for the requested purpose.

You grant us permission to use those materials as reasonably necessary to evaluate, perform, document, and communicate about the requested service.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sentinel SkyWorks, LLC, its fictitious names, owners, representatives, contractors, pilots, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from website use, service requests, drone operations, inability to provide service, or service outcomes.

Indemnification

You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Sentinel SkyWorks, LLC, its fictitious names, owners, representatives, contractors, pilots, affiliates, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the website, inaccurate information, failure to obtain permission, unlawful requests, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
