drone assisted game recovery
Important Pennsylvania Notice
Drone-assisted game recovery is not currently offered in Pennsylvania by Sentinel Wildlife Recovery & Rural Drone Services.
We are actively monitoring proposed legislation, including Pennsylvania SB 303, that would address the regulated use of drones for recovery of mortally wounded or lawfully harvested game. Proposed legislation is not current law. This service will only be offered if and when it is clearly authorized by Pennsylvania law and applicable Pennsylvania Game Commission rules.

Ethical Recovery Matters
Responsible hunters make every reasonable effort to recover game. When legally permitted, drone technology may become another tool to assist with ethical recovery, reduce waste, and help hunters and landowners locate animals in challenging terrain.
FUTURE SERVICE INTENT
If legally authorized, Sentinel Wildlife Recovery intends to offer drone-assisted game recovery as a regulated, ethical, post-shot recovery service.
The intended purpose would be to assist with locating mortally wounded or lawfully harvested game after a legal shot has already occurred. This service would not be used for scouting, locating live game for hunting advantage, pursuing, harassing, driving, or aiding in the unlawful taking of wildlife.
What This Service Would Not Be:
Drone hunting
Scouting live game for advantage
Harassing wildlife
Driving or pushing game
Replacing hunter responsibility
A guarantee of recovery
Permission to enter private property without consent
A substitute for compliance with hunting laws, tagging rules, or landowner permissions
